  5. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  8. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  9. before using this software. Your use of this software indicates 
  10. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. If you 
  11. do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  12. Color Pilot files from your storage devices and cease to use
  13. the product.

  15. LICENSE CONTENT

  17. One registered copy of Color Pilot may either be used by a single
  18. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  19. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  20. multiple people, but not both.
  21.  
  22. You may access the registered version of Color Pilot through 
  23. a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses 
  24. for the software covering all workstations that will access the 
  25. software through the network.  For instance, if 8 different 
  26. workstations will access Color Pilot on the network, each 
  27. workstation must have its own Color Pilot license, regardless 
  28. of whether they use Color Pilot at different times or concurrently.

  30. The Software is protected by copyright laws of the Russian 
  31. Federation and international treaty provisions, as well as laws 
  32. and agreements about intellectual property.
  33.  
  34. The Software is licensed but not sold. You are permitted to cede 
  35. entirely all your rights according to the agreement by selling or 
  36. handing the Software to the other person subject to the restriction 
  37. that you give your copy of the Software too.

  39. LIMITATIONS

  41. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  42. decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  43. licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  44. provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorised use shall 
  45. result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
  46. may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  50. All copyrights to Color Pilot are exclusively owned by
  51. Invention office RG (AGNI).

  53. LIMITED LIABILITY

  56. OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT

  58. BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR
  59. ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING
